INTRODUCTION
The Bangladesh International Youth Foundation (BIYF) is a youth-led, non-profit organization committed to empowering young people through education, volunteerism, cultural exchange, and leadership development. Registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860, BIYF operates across Bangladesh and builds global networks to foster inclusive growth, peacebuilding, and sustainable development aligned with the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Established in 2022, BIYF was founded by a group of passionate youth leaders and development professionals who shared a vision of creating a global platform for Bangladeshi youth. Sparked by international exposure and grounded in grassroots activism, BIYF emerged to bridge the gap between local potential and global opportunities.

CHAIRMAN’S MESSAGE
From my early school days, I have been actively involved in volunteering and youth development initiatives. My journey through organizations like Scouts, Rotaract, Rotary International, and various global platforms allowed me to connect with young people from around the world. Through these interactions, I came to a crucial realization — despite their potential, many Bangladeshi youth remain far behind their global peers in terms of skills, exposure, and opportunities.
This realization inspired me to act. I envisioned a platform that could empower our youth, help them grow, and make them globally competent. With the support of a dedicated team of like-minded individuals, we founded the Bangladesh International Youth Foundation (BIYF) in 2022.
Since then, BIYF has been working tirelessly to develop the potential of Bangladeshi youth through educational exchange, leadership programs, and international collaboration. Our mission is clear: to ensure our youth are not just participants but leaders in shaping a brighter, more inclusive global future.
