Village Empowerment is a youth-led initiative that aims to reconnect university students with their rural roots to bring positive change to villages across Bangladesh. The project believes that true transformation begins from within, and students are the key to driving educational and social development in their native communities.

Starting from the city, this initiative creates a bridge between urban education and rural potential, empowering students to be agents of change.We will educate young people in over 300 soft skills and life
skills, while also providing a supportive community designed to keep them enthusiastic, productive, and energized. Additionally, we will build a dynamic platform featuring a mentor-mentee support system to guide their personal and professional growth.
